No Volume Control

Another tooth has fallen. Came out Saturday while Kat and Ellie were at my parents house. They went to the apple orchard.. But nope, eating an apple didn't get it out. And they had corn on the cob for supper.. But eating corn on the cob didn't get it out.. It took taking her sweater off to get it out. Yay Sweater!! And just in time for picture day too! (which was Monday). She is very proud of her new smile. And maybe if we are lucky, she will lose her other front tooth before Xmas, so she can sing "all i want for Christmas is my two front teeth".

And yes, once again, there is a new layout for the blog. I just didn't like the last one very much anymore. It was too busy, and the header was too big. At least this one is nice and simple.

Since i haven't posted in a little while.. A few general updates. Both Kat and Ellie love school. Kat got through her first rough spot. Her "best" friend who is in her class as well as on her bus moved away last week. She cried, and was angry, but it passed. Ellie still wishes she can go more.. So i'm starting to supplement her learning on the days that she is at home - practicing her writing, and working on learning more sight words. So it keeps her happy.
The girls brought home another cold last week. So far Dani is the only one that seems to be getting it bad. Poor girl has almost lost her voice. She is all squeaky today.

Steph and I have been busy working on the house. Got part of the livingroom nicely set up after a trip to Ikea. And have been getting pictures hung up. His work is still really busy, but I honestly think that is going to be the norm around there. Guess the whole "Boss" thing tends to be busier.
