No Volume Control

Last day of school. And for the first time in Kat's school career, she was saying "see you next year" to friends rather than "good bye". Last week of school (3 days) included a play day for Ellie, a track and field day for Kat, an outside play day for Kat, a family picnic for Ellie, and a movie afternoon for Kat. Wow! We got to go to their school on the last day, and have a potluck picnic with three of the kindergarten classes. Got to meet (for longer than a drop off) Ellie's best friend and her mom. Got to watch the kids sing and dance with their classes. Lots of fun! A little sad when we had to leave, and Ellie wanted to stay at the school, and Kat straight out refusing to leave early.

Next September we will have a kid in Grade 2, and a kid in Grade 1!! :) Big Congrats to my girls for a great school year!!
