No Volume Control

Yesterday the stucco guy finished his work on the front of the house. So as of right now, there are only two more things on the exterior of the house that needs to be done - eaves, and install a satellite. Neither of which the builders are doing.
The backfill still needs to be done, and the sod still needs to be put in.. And next year the sod will need to be finished, the driveway needs to be paved, and the tree needs to be planted. All of which are the builders responsibility. I'm just happy the stucco is done, because the window in the middle of it is the upstairs bathroom window, so it's had plastic on it for over 2 weeks (so never opened), and the blinds always have to be closed in case he was working so there was no peeking issues.. So it'll be nice to have an open window with open blinds up there now. :)
